- Performed comprehensive audit of existing system, including PC hardware, software, and network equipment
- Provided several, key infrastructure improvements, including Battery backup on server and a tape backup routine. By implementing our recommendations, Pandion averted a disaster in Dec. 2003.
- According to their President, Christian Newman, “ Last year I finally brought on AMC to provide IT support, and it paid off immediately. After assessing and updating all of our systems, they installed a tape backup system in case of an emergency. Two weeks later, my greatest fears happened. Our primary server crashed and I was out of town. AMC responded immediately and was able to restore everything very quickly. If I had not hired them, Pandion would have been devastated.”
