50-person environmental engineering and planning firm in Gainesville, Florida.

Our Senior Consultant meets this client’s needs through a combination of weekly on-site consulting sessions, training, mentoring and management of junior HR staff, and attendance at key management meetings and board meetings. AMC manages the selection and interaction with vendors for HRIS systems, benefits, recruitment sources, and others, as needed. AMC also implements programs in order to meet legal compliance and the needs of the organization. For example, in the past year, AMC selected and implemented a new HRIS system, an online recruiting process, and an enhanced automated performance management program.

AMC is the sole HR consultant for Applied Technology and Management, Inc, a
80+ person consulting firm headquartered in Gainesville, Florida with 8 offices
nationally. AMC manages all human resources functions for ATM, including:

For the past five years, our senior consultant and HR specialists have provided full-time service to ATM, including payroll entry, management meetings, strategic planning, executive deferred compensation and incentives, retirement program planning, new employee orientation and follow up and training. AMC manages and selects new insurance carriers, has recently implemented a new HRIS, and coordinates with an external provider of customized online performance appraisals. Under our direction, ATM was selected in 2001 as one of the nation’s top-ten small business companies for 'Best Benefit Provider.'
Recent services for ATM include the introduction of a fleet program, a number of new policies, a revised employee handbook, and enhancement of a self-service intranet site for employees. AMC travels on-site and links with local office manager contacts to optimize the efficiency of the client relationship.

AMC consultants provided a variety of services for this large national (and
international) firm of approximately 27,000 employees, headquartered in Malvern,
PA. The consultants primarily provided customized instructional programs,
and were integral in designing many of the courses offered at IKON Office
Solutions' centralized training facility, IKON University, in Atlanta, Georgia.

AMC has provided consulting services for a variety of programs for this 300-person
biotechnical firm with offices in Atlanta and Houston. AMC is the sole-source
consulting firm for all of Immucor’s affirmative action and EEOC related
projects. We annually update their AAP, EO Survey, and serve as their experts
in all OFCCP contacts and audits.
